Wildflowers bloom in national parks and reserves in the Grampians region and Victoria's high country.
Summer
In the warmer months wildflowers can be found in:
- Alpine National Park
- Baw Baw National Park
- Cathedral Range State Park
- Greater Bendigo National Park
- Little Desert National Park (early summer)
In late winter, wildflowers can be found in the Grampians region in the Little Desert National Park.
Spring
Winter ends with a burst of colour in:
- Cathedral Range State Park
- Enfield State Park
- French Island National Park
- Grampians National Park
- Greater Bendigo National Park
- Kinglake National Park
- Moondarra State Park
- Mount Lawson State Park
- Paddys Ranges State Park
- Wyperfeld National Park
Look for native orchids at Cathedral Range State Park, Holey Plains State Park, where 25 species have been counted, and Morwell National Park, home to rare native orchids.
