Episode 20: 22 June
This week, the Postcards team checks out some of the hottest new places Victoria has to offer. Shane heads to Warrandyte, where he visits Olivigna Estate, their cellar door and on-site restaurant 'La Sala.' Glen gets his groove on at Ms Collins, the city's newest 'super club', which he learns is more than just a nightclub. Brodie heads to Kyneton, where she enjoys lunch at ST. BEANS Provedore, a spot of shopping at The Persian Room, before retiring for the night at Piper and Powlett. Rebecca concludes the show by heading to some of her favourite places on the outskirts of the city. She checks out The Cullen Hotel and the delicious eateries they have on offer before chatting with a few of her favourite local artists at Frankie and Coco and Gilligan Grant Gallery.
Olivigna Estate is an Italian winery, olive grove and restaurant that spans across eight hectares in Warrandyte South. The property is nestled amongst the rolling hills of Melbourne's outer east and enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding rural landscape. The Olivigna Estate Cellar Door allows visitors to taste different wine varieties whilst enjoying a savoury bite to eat. Guests can also purchase Olivigna's food products which are made from home-grown and local produce. The property also contains La Sala Restaurant, where there is a large fireplace, wooden table tops and low hanging light fittings, as well as floor to ceiling windows that provide spectacular views of the estate and beyond. Whilst at Olivigna you can also partake in one of the cooking classes on offer.

Ms Collins in Collins Street Melbourne is the city's latest 'Super Club.' The venue has seen a dramatic transformation from previous Red Silk Road to become the Ms Collins it is today and the man responsible for its stunning interior is Tom Adair, AKA artist Juan Mcarb. The dining experience at Ms Collins is an experience you will never forget as they have assembled an all-star cast of the country's finest chefs, including Daniel Wilson, Riccardo Momesso, Paul Wilson and Jacques Reymond. Ms Collins is still evolving with another space to open up within the venue that has been described as underground and alternative New York meets Melbourne bar that is set to open shortly.
There's absolutely no excuse for not looking sharp when you come to Ms Collins, especially when they have their own barber shop run by Men + Co with a philosophy of 'less time to cut, more time to drink', ensuring that all the men out there will look and feel great.

ST BEANS Provedore, The Persian Room and Piper and Powlett
ST BEANS Provedore is a cosy little café that acts as a second home to many of Kyneton's locals who flood through the doors daily, anticipating quality coffee and delicious baked treats. The interior space is rustic and homely, fitted out with retro furnishings and a red and white striped ceiling, whilst the kitchen produces the goods in the form of savoury pies, tarts and toasties. The goodies in the cake cabinet are all home-made exclusively for ST BEANS, but it is the Vietnamese style lunch dishes that set this eatery apart from the rest.
The Persian Room is a rug treasure trove bursting at the seams with rare hand-woven carpets direct from Iran. Founder Margaret Jasper has been amassing her wares for more than three decades now, which include beautiful oriental pieces that date back to the nineteenth century.
Piper and Powlett is a 1930s style property offering luxurious accommodation for up to six guests. Recently renovated, the house is a blend of old and new. It features metal ceilings, leadlight windows and polished timber floors, as well as contemporary additions such as the fully-equipped kitchen and the ultra-modern free-standing bath. Bedrooms two and three are spacious, beautifully decorated and fitted out with fine linen, whilst the master bedroom enjoys the luxury of a brand new ensuite complete with Molton Brown bath products. The brick and weatherboard house also boasts a second bathroom, a laundry and a boot room, whilst the charming living area draws guests in with its fireplace, upholstered arm chairs and comfortable leather couch.

Frankie and Coco in Hampton Street, Hampton is a lifestyle store run by sisters Nikki and Freddy Petersen. The sisters sell everything from furniture to home wares to clothing and accessories.
