Food in beautiful spaces – Conservatory, David's Restaurant and Moon Under Water
David's is a dining institution serving unique, quality Shanghai cuisine. The place has undergone a new direction not only with a contemporary look designed by Interior designer Hecker Guthrie, but there's also a new take on the food. The place has gone a little more casual. You can still book in for the ever popular yum cha or enjoy their many shared dishes, along with their new lunches for busy people.

For a wow factor of a room, the Conservatory at Crown has a whole new look. There's careful attention to detail from the bespoke chandeliers to the exquisite chairs and custom made carpets. Located on level one, it's an elegant space for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

One place across town that has that extra special feel and is the foodie destination of the moment is Moon Under Water – with the menu designed by acclaimed chefs Andrew McConnell and Josh Murphy. It's the dining room of the newly refurbished Builders Arms Hotel, an historic public house on Gertrude Street.
