Creswick Garden Lovers Weekend is a garden lovers delight in the Victorian Central Highlands.The weekend features a range of private and commercial gardens, the annual garden club flower show in the Town hall, mosaics display and a bonsai and succulent garden display.The eight private gardens vary from a compact suburban garden in town to rural acreages not far away. All have a diverse range of beauty and creativity, hidden gems often not previously seen by the general public but guaranteed to impress. The commercial gardens include Lambley Nursery in Ascot, Mistydowns and Tangled Maze at Springmount, Overwrought sculpture garden at Blampied, Newlyn Antiques and Cottage Garden, and Bells Water Gardens in Newlyn.Community gardens include vegetable gardening at Neighbourhood centre, John Curtin Aged Care facility and the Heritage Railway precinct dry gardens.The Neighbourhood Centre at 19 Victoria street Creswick will be the point of contact for ticket sales, maps and general information. Please do not go directly to the gardens, but follow the signs from the Information centre in Albert street (Midland Hwy).
