Creswick Woollen Mills is the perfect destination for day-trippers, holiday makers and tour groups, both large and small. See first hand how some of Australia's finest natural fiber products are made on a guided tour of the historic Creswick Woollen Mills. Meet and feed resident alpacas, and then follow the journey of yarn, from shearing through processing and weaving into luxurious products prized throughout the country.

The exhibit gives a great insight into natural fibre, how luxurious fibres are processed and gives visitors a chance to see Australian manufacturing as it happens. As part of the journey an extensive, interactive experience allows the visitor to learn interesting and curious facts dating make to the mill’s creation.

Tours run four times daily. The new café has recently opened with a selection of food and refreshing drinks that are locally sourced and produced. Visitors have the chance to meet the resident alpacas and purchase products made right at the mill. Come drop into some of the tourism stores in Creswick in Railway Parade, or Vincent Street, Daylesford.

There is ample free parking and easy access for coaches and caravans.
