Set amid picturesque rolling hills only 55 kilometres west of Melbourne, Bacchus Marsh combines country living with easy access to the city. An attractive mix of open spaces, friendly towns, orchards, deep gorges and forests, Bacchus Marsh is a great tourist destination. Not to be missed destinations include the Werribee Gorge, Lerderderg Gorge, Brisbane Ranges and the Long Forest Nature Reserve which is the southern most remnant of mallee vegetation in Victoria.
