The eighth annual Festival of Glass runs between January and March 2018 in Drysdale, Victoria.

Glass Art Awards due 19 January 2018. Sculptural, Functional, Wearable Glass Art; Bellawein Award, Best of Show, People’s Choice. Presentations at Festival Expo, 18 February.

Glass Art Raffle until 18 February. Glass art prizes worth $4,000.

Treasure Hunt 8 January - 18 February. 32 local businesses display glass art plus glass ‘Tiny Treasures’.

Glass Inspirations 8 January - 18 February. The Bungalow Restaurant glass art exhibition, High Street, Drysdale. (Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 6:00pm; Friday to Saturday 7:30am – 10:30pm; Sunday 8:30am – 4:00pm).

Historic Bottles Valuation 11 February - The Old Courthouse Museum, High Street, Drysdale. Distinguished glass auctioneers value your old bottles.

Twilight Flames 17 February 7:00 – 10:30pm at Leura Park Estate Winery, Curlewis. Internationally renowned glass artist Mauro Vianello, from Murano will blow and sculpt glass and talk about his work.

Festival Expo 18 February 10:00am – 4:00pm at Christian College, Drysdale. Stalls by over 50 glass artists and businesses; glass art, jewelry, mosaics, home ware; glass-working demonstrations; annual Glass Art Awards, Treasure Hunt draw.

Glass Art Classes 20 February - 17 March: flame work, kiln-forming, glass beadweaving, mosaics.
