Every day we should celebrate our Mums, but on Sunday 14 May you can show her some extra love and treat her to breakfast or lunch at Basils Farm. Enjoy a three course a la carte menu including entree, main and dessert and a glass of Prosecco or Pn2 Pinot Noir. All Mums also receive a beautiful pink rose.Breakfast from 8am-11am (regular menu) and lunch from 12 noon. Bookings are essential, please visit the website or call.Menu:Entrée- House smoked local trout pate, horseradish cream, watercress salad and Melba toast.- Twice cooked pork belly with watermelon, goat’s feta and mint.- Baby Beetroot, rainbow silverbeet and pomegranate salad, Drysdale goat curd and pistachio dukkah (V)Main - Cannon/rack of lamb with boulangere potato, pea puree, heirloom carrots. - Pan fried wild snapper fillet, smoked bacon and burnt butter with savoy, fried capers. - Grilled vegetable terrine, wild rice, pumpkin and cashew salad. (V)Dessert- Chocolate and hazelnut tart, stewed rhubarb vanilla organic cream.- Raspberry mille feuille, homegrown berry coulis, served with vanilla pod organic cream.
