Cape Woolamai Trail

A sandy track winding along the cliff tops of Phillip Island's southerly point with a windswept landscape of rugged heathland, steep granite cliffs, beaches and pounding surf that culminates in a superb panorama of the island.

Durations: 3 hours 30 minutes
Grade: Level 2 – No experience required. The track is hardened gravel or compacted surface and may have a gentle hill section or sections and some steps. Walks up to 10km.
Getting there: Take Bass Highway (A420) to the Anderson roundabout. Turn right and follow Phillip Island Tourist Road (B420) onto Phillip Island and turn left into Woolamai Beach Road. The walk starts and finishes at the Cape Woolamai Surf Lifesaving Club car park.
