Together you will make a batch of macarons and their fillings from scratch, including making Italian meringue, using egg albumen, sugar, chocolate ganache and fruit gel recipes. You will fill and finish your own batch of macarons to take home, along with a Jacican Macaron recipe booklet.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that macarons are not as hard as you think to bake. You will learn techniques that you can use to impress everyone with your creative cooking abilities.
