The Bruthen Community Market takes place on the third Saturday of each month at the Bruthen Mechanics Hall grounds and Police paddock.

The market is a community project of Bruthen Lions Club Inc and includes special fun kids activities, competitions, displays and so much more.

The theme of the market: make it, bake it, grow it, up-cycle it.

Explore over 30 high quality artisan and fresh produce stalls. Enjoy time out with family and friends over a cappuccino (Kombi Koffee mobile van), Devonshire tea (Bet's Kitchen), donuts (Lions marquee), a steak sandwich (beef@thegate) and so it goes on. There's something for everyone, all ages catered for.

Fun kids activities (jumping castle, clown trailer, camel rides to name a few). Usually the market is host to special exhibitions, displays, workshops and more. The market is certainly an event on your calendar on the third Saturday each month (except February when the market is organised by BAEC and incorporated into the Bruthen Blues Festival).

Upon arrival collect your lucky ticket to place in the 'competition box' at the Community Fundraising Barbecue in the backyard of the Mechanics Hall grounds. Lucky entry drawn at 12 noon and supervised by the Market Day Manager.
