Nestled amongst the majestic, ancient red gum trees you can experience the peace and solitude of South Mokanger Farm Cottages, a pet-friendly farm stay on the southern edge of the renowned Grampians National Park. Both fully self-contained and generously appointed with cosy wood fires, outdoor furniture and barbecue's. South Mokanger Farm Cottages are centrally located for visiting wineries, Dunkeld, the coast and Grampians mountain exploring.Stoneycroft Cottage was built in 1864 by Scottish stonemasons from stone found on the property. It has a big open fire and two bedrooms sleeping six. Very romantic. Adjoining this cottage there are the shearers quarters that have an extra five bedrooms and sleep 10. Ideal for small groups or family reunions.Mountain Duck Cottage has an open plan sitting/room kitchen with four bedrooms and sleeps nine. This cottage has air conditioning, a wood fire and fans.South Mokanger Farm Cottages welcomes you with local wine and chocolates.

Stoneycroft Cottage is a stone cottage built in 1864 but has been totally renovated complete with dishwasher and has two bedrooms which sleeps six people, including one queen room, and one room with two bunks. There is an open fire and lots of outdoor furniture under the veranda. Great for a couple or a family.
For groups there are the adjoining Shearers Quarters (about ten metres from the cottage) which are heated and carpeted and sleeps up to ten people, only available as overflow sleeping to Stoneycroft Cottage. This gives a total of three double bedrooms, three twin single rooms and a bunk room with two bunks.
There are two bathrooms with toilets and showers.
Mountain Duck Cottage is a very well presented, renovated self contained cottage with four bedrooms sleeping nine. One queen room, one double with single over, one bunk and one twin.
One bathroom with shower over the bath. Separate toilet and external toilet as well.
The new kitchen has an extension table to seat all for those memorable stories in the open plan sitting room, with sumptuous leather couches, and a wood fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The north facing veranda is a great spot for a cuppa or breakfast.
