Nestled in the heart of Halls Gap and only a short ten minute stroll to the Visitor Information Centre, Cedar Country Retreat offers you more than accommodation, but a home away from home. With a warm country feel and all of the modern amenities, this recently renovated property still retains its rustic charm.The three beautifully appointed bedrooms are all located upstairs and can comfortably sleep six people. Each room has its own personality, with sweeping mountain views from every room. A deck adjacent to the master lets you explore the night sky of an evening.Moving downstairs, there is a new bathroom and deep French tub, for a relaxing soak in the evening after tackling the spectacular trails of the Grampians. The bright kitchen has been fully revamped with new appliances, including family sized fridge, dishwasher and beautiful porcelain sink. This kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee machine and a good selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.The dining and living rooms incorporate a coonara wood heater for those winter nights, split system air conditioner, comfy sofa and chairs. An over-sized dining table easily accommodates a group of six for meal times or general entertaining.
Price based on two people, with additional guests at $30 per person. A maximum of six guests can be accommodated.
Nightly rate depends on midweek/weekend/long weekend and number of guests. Please enquire for your specific dates.
Minimum stay is two nights unless otherwise specified.

The three beautifully appointed bedrooms are all located upstairs and can comfortably sleep six people. Each room has its own personality, with sweeping mountain views from every room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a romantic setting and a deck looking east across Mount Ida with the west window looking out towards the Pinnacle. Nothing better than waking up to the sunrise over the mountain. Bedroom two has more of a masculine feel, with a queen size bed and reading nook with chair for those relaxing winter days, simply enjoying the view to the mountains, or reading a good book. Bedroom three has two single beds, again looking across to Mount Ida. Also upstairs is a large bathroom with over-the-bath shower and toilet.
