The Art Is... Festival is held each year in Horsham and delivers quality arts outcomes to the wider western Victoria (Wimmera) region. The festival runs for 10 days each June with a high quality program of contemporary performing and visual arts focusing on community participation, capacity-building, skill development and high quality art outcomes.

The Art is... Festival will enliven the streets of Horsham and the region with performances, visual artists, live music, creative workshops, galleries, exhibitions, walking tours and much more.
