Over the Melbourne Cup weekend on Monday 6 November, Best's are holding a vertical Pinot Meunier tasting. This will be a set of seven vintages of their famous Pinot Meunier. This wine is produced from what are possibly the world's oldest Pinot Meunier vines, and has been made as a straight varietal since 1967.Vintages to be tasted are - 1976, 1981, 1992, 1994, 2005, 2009 and the current release, 2016. Seats are limited, 12 only. This will be a small private and relaxed affair, accompanied by the winemaker, some great wines, good banter, and a local tasting platter.Best's have a long history and this is your chance to experience it with them.
