Swing into action on one of the first class fairways in all the main towns in the Grampians region, each with their own set of challenges, scenic vistas and resident wildlife.
A showcase green
Head to the Grampians region's showcase greens course at Horsham Golf Club, recognised as one of the best public courses in Victoria and ranked within the national top 50. Tackle the undulating course set on a natural sandbelt, typified by tall trees and sculptured bunkers. The opening hole is a tight par four with numerous fairway bunkers and a tree-lined fairway to negotiate.
Welcoming regional clubs
Test your game for accuracy to avoid the creek that runs the length Stawell Golf Club's natural bushland setting. Discover the excellent Santa Ana Couch fairways and manicured greens at the highly regarded Chalambar Golf Club near Ararat, and avoid the bunkers amid the large pine trees at Hamilton Golf Club.
Below the mountain
Share the course with kangaroos, wallabies and emus at Grampians Golf Club, nestled at the base of Mount Abrupt and just a short drive from Dunkeld or at the Mount Difficult Golf Course, with striking views of Mount Difficult, in Halls Gap.
