An architect designed extension offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an extensive north facing deck with pergola, gas barbecue and pizza oven.

The schoolhouse is tastefully renovated and includes a modern kitchen with dishwasher, lounge and dining area with a polished wooden floor, reverse cycle air conditioner and a wood stove/heater.

Bedrooms have two queen size beds and one double bed. Single mattresses available on request. One bathroom has a bath with shower and the other a shower. Two separate toilets. Washing machine and ironing facilities. Suits families, couples or small groups.

Set in established gardens with orchard, vegetable garden and an outdoor bath/shower. Pet friendly, securely fenced, charming rural views.

Nestled between two historic stone churches and adjacent to an avenue of honour of Morten Bay Figs trees. Close to the Princes Highway, approximately half way between Adelaide and Melbourne.

Note: it is a half hour drive to the nearest supermarket at Heywood - shop and fuel up on the way.
