Mansfield Zoo is home to regional Victoria's largest collection of native and exotic animals. Mansfield Zoo is an interactive zoo with many of the animals, including monkeys, that can be hand fed by visitors.

With over 100 animals from lions, monkeys and alligators, to kangaroos, wallabies and wombats, there's plenty for animals lovers to enjoy. Experience the distinct personalities of the many animals as you wander the 30 acre park like setting, overlooking the Delatite Valley to Mount Buller.

Meet Miss Greedy and Sophia, the friendly fallow deer, who love to escort visitors around the zoo, sneaking food wherever possible.

For the adventurous, you can even sleep overnight in the Zoo in your own deluxe swag or bring your own gear. Fall asleep to the roar of the lions, the howl of the dingoes and the chirrup of the frogs.

For those with limited ability or for those with small children, hitch a ride on a golf cart as the Zoo Keeper takes guided tours around the zoo, feeding the animals. There is also a small kiosk, gift shop and of course fabulous views to Mount Buller.

The Zoo Keeper guided tours are held every Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and every day of the Victorian school holidays. Times vary according to the seasons. Check the website for up to date details or contact Mansfield Zoo.
