They will demonstrate the craft of chocolate making before guiding you through a special tasting to help you tune into how chocolate uniquely engages all five senses.Learn some tasting tips and tricks to take your chocolate appreciation to the next level (yes, that is possible), as you sample white, milk, dark, 70% dark and single origin chocolate.The chocolatier will also answer your vexing chocolate questions. Where does chocolate come from? What is 'couverture'?
