Mingle with a trio of the Alpine Valley’s talented producers at this exclusive dinner celebrating the launch of their small-batch aperitif, 'Il Picco'. Remedy Gin, Billy Button Wines and Mayford Wines have collaborated to produce a fresh mistelle, a French-inspired aperitif made from fortified friulano and tempranillo grape spirit distilled at Reed & Co Distillery with local and wild botanicals.Strictly limited to 26 guests, the five-course dinner will showcase autumn’s harvest cooked above, in and around the fire. Dew-laced produce from the alpine foothills such as Jerusalem artichokes, wild mushrooms, smoked nuts and cumquats will be backed up by a supporting cast of Victorian meats and fish. Each course will be matched with 'Il Picco' mistelle cocktails, Remedy Gin, Billy Button and Mayford Wines.
