Mansfield Coffee Merchant are turning the traditional dinner degustation on its head and dishing it up at breakfast, in this celebration of seasonal coffees through food and drink.Specialty roaster Mat and his team will help you ponder and enjoy coffee as the seasonal product it is, through a five-course menu incorporating elements of coffee throughout dishes of local autumn produce. This beautiful crop can also add flavour and texture, subtle or punchy, to dishes from cured salmon to ice cream.Of course they will also showcase the different ways that coffee can be drunk, which might include a filter coffee from Ethiopia and another brewing method using Panama beans. But first, wake up with a glass of local sparkling or perhaps a breakfast martini.
