Take a tour of Matt and Jackie’s farm and meet their friendly outdoor Berkshire pigs. Then head for the smoking room to learn the fine art of bacon making, including preparing the side of bacon for smoking on both a commercial and a domestic smoker.

At the end of the demonstration comes the highlight - tasting that freshly smoked bacon.
