She'coming back in 2018. Due to popular demand Louise Ritchie from the fabulous Silver Creek Sourdough Bakery in Beechworth is coming back to our farm kitchen to teach you how to make a genuine sourdough loaf. Louise is incredibly knowledgable and passionate about baking bread and to watch her knead and bake is both mesmerising and inspirational.

In recent years the popularity of sourdough has grown and not all sourdough is true to its name. Now is your opportunity to learn from the local guru how to make your very own sourdough and impress your family and friends at home in your own kitchen.

Be welcomed into our farm kitchen with morning tea before donning your apron and learning about sourdough starters, mixing, shaping and baking. Then be seated for a well-earned lunch with the group, when you'll get to relax and enjoy your freshly made sourdough served with a warming, delicious fresh pot of soup made from organic vegetables from our garden and local and local wine.
