Pickled Sisters' Chef Stewart Gilchrist gives you his techniques and tips for making the perfect terrines and rillettes, along with the tasty relishes and chutneys to accompany them.

This hands on cooking class is followed by a leisurely lunch in the vineyard (weather depending) with matching Cofield Wines and hosted by Winemaker Damien Cofield.

Time: 10am to 3pm
