Steve is changing hats and will don his cook's hat while jumping on board our 2016 Cooking Class Series to pass on what he learnt from his mother, Natalia, who, with her husband & daughter, emigrated to Australia in 1955 from Trieste in Northern Italy, in search of a better life. In the Yackandandah Organic Farm Kitchen, Steve will teach you ALL you need to know about how to make the perfect gnocchi. Everyone adores these melt-in-your-mouth delights. This will be a big day making 3 different varieties of gnocchi with three different sauces, so have a light breakfast! Graze all day on gnocchi, organic vegetables prepared the ‘Italian way’ from our kitchen garden and taste some local wines. Heaven.
