Emily Rose Yoga is hosting a two and a half hour restorative yoga workshop at the Wandiligong Public Hall. Press the internal reset button by taking a few hours out of the busyness of life to be quiet and completely present.Yin and restorative yoga poses, meditation and guided relaxation will all be included in this nourishing workshop. This practice is suitable for all levels and conditions and is particularly suitable for people with busy and stressful lives as a way of taking time to be still and rest or for people dealing with illness. The emphasis is on being rather than doing. Mindfulness meditation techniques and readings will be provided throughout the session to practice present moment awareness and inquiry.
