Warm your winter and discover the secrets of traditional Spanish cuisine with paella cooking classes at Bohemian Bar and Restaurant. Due to popular demand, dates will be extending over July and August.

Guests will be taken on a sensory journey through the ingredients, the paella pan and cooking techniques on the best way to cook and enjoy Spain’s beloved national dish.

Listen as Bohemian chefs Lorenzo Casu and Gerard Rodriguez share stories and instructions about the preparation of paella.

The Bohemian paella cooking classes will be kept to an intimate attendance of 10 people per class. Discover the diversity of flavours and techniques of Spanish cooking and leave with a big smile, a full belly and some new cooking skills to share at home.
