Join Executive Chef Renee Martillano of Eureka 89 and guest chef, the well-known and highly regarded Raymond Capaldi for a five-course dinner that celebrates 25 years of Melbourne’s food history as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.

Taking place on Wednesday 5 April at the top floor of the iconic Eureka Tower, this outstanding five-course dinner will honour the history, gastronomy and cultural influences of Melbourne food over the last 25 years.

Joining forces to deliver a carefully selected and crafted mouth-watering dining experience, Ray and Renee will take inspiration for each course from food trends over a particular five year period and match them with premium Victorian beverages.
