Once a tea and coffee merchant, home to the Herald publishing empire, then the domain of pool and snooker pros. For ten days in March, the Hotel Lindrum will be transformed into the House of Food and Wine Hotel.
The kitchens will be taken over, with a little help from some local and international friends, to bring the best of Victoria’s produce to the dining room in a series of sustainable dinners co-curated with ZeroFoodprint.

Advocates of zero-waste cooking and ethical food, co-heads at Oakridge Wines Matt Stone and Jo Barrett have devised an innovative bar menu pulled straight from the Victorian regions.
Stay and play with a room in the hotel - when the party’s this good, why leave? Matt and Jo have also worked their magic on the in-room dining menu with classic room-service dishes reimagined into sustainably sourced, modern updates. There’s even a few surprises in the mini-bar, but you’ll need a room to find out what.
