Common Man South Wharf is excited to be hosting a number of sausage making masterclasses. Head Chef Lorenzo Casu will teach guests everything they need to know about making home-made sausages in a two hour masterclass. Guests will walk away with an expanded knowledge of different cuts of pork, how to make their own preservatives and gluten free sausages, a recipe card with instructions and of course, their own delicious sausages to take home. Join your fellow foodies at the end of the class for a well earned sit down gourmet sausage and beer lunch, taking in the gorgeous views of the Yarra River and city skyline before heading home with all your hand made goodies. Bring a container to transport your freshly made sausages and let Common Man worry about the rest.
