Hear award-winning entrepreneur Sebastien Eckersley-Maslin, founder of BlueChilli, discuss 'Three pillars of innovation culture', which explores how corporates and entrepreneurs can drive innovation through three key factors: speed of execution, empowerment of people and tolerance of failure.

Sebastien Eckersley-Maslin is the founder of start-up incubator BlueChilli. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, BlueChilli works with non-technical entrepreneurs, investors and corporate customers to build, grow and invest in venture technology start-ups. Sebastien’s many awards include E and Y 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year, three-time Anthill 30 Under 30 recipient, Most Inspirational Engineer nominee for IEAust, and UNSW 2007 Top Post-graduate Researcher.

The Big Ideas under the Dome lecture series celebrates the State Library’s La Trobe Reading Room as a source of inspiration, creativity and ideas.
