The Victoria Street Lunar Festival has become one of the most popular and recognised Lunar New Year celebrations in Victoria, drawing people from all over Melbourne. The festival is a wonderful opportunity for Victoria Street to treat the community to a vibrant, colourful and culturally rich experience.

The 2016 festival featured a 40 metre long Lion Dance and Dragon Dancers parading through the street to welcome people of all cultural backgrounds to the celebrations.

The 2017 festival will see festival favourites such as the food demonstration stage return to showcase Asian foods - Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese and Asian cocktails plus children activities and over 100 food stalls and restaurants.

Victoria Street will be lined with many food, business, charity and community stalls adding a vibrant and energetic feel to the event.
