The jitters coffee & pastry trail

Begin with sublime pastry at Lune Croissanterie - arrive just before opening to minimise the croissant queue factor. Follow the smell of roasting coffee into the Fitzroy back streets to find Industry Beans, then back onto Brunswick Street to find longstanding Russian-influenced Babka bakery. Another old stager, Marios, has been serving coffee and attitude for 30 years. Nip around the corner where Sir Charles Fitzroy does specialty coffee and fancy brunches. Back on the main drag, Stagger Lee's is a modern Melbourne classic with contemporary comfort food and great coffee. Keep strolling towards the city and left onto Gertrude Street, where Donut Shop's vegan-friendly sweet treats come in OMG flavours. Hide out in bijou De Clieu before finishing up at Burnside, great for coffee, snacks and watching the world go by. 2km
