Get more bang for your dining buck at the historic Caulfield Rifle Club, now Indochine-inspired cafe and bar Bang Bang. Head-chef Matthew Dunbar (ex-Longrain) brings the French-influenced flavours of South East Asia to an all-encompassing all-day menu. Breakfast on black sticky rice porridge and congee with XO sauce, lunch on baguettes and jasmine rice bowls, and share plates ranging from laab to rotisserie chicken for dinner, paired with local and French wines. Bang Bang is open from coffee o'clock (Seven Seeds) till cocktail late, seven days a week.
