Walking through the 300-year-old antique doors of San Telmo, you'll find yourself whisked away to the oldest neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, from where this Argentinean grill takes its name. It has been tastefully decorated to create an authentic, old world bodega atmosphere but the imported 2.5-metre parilla (charcoal grill) is the real draw card. Book ahead if you can: a longtime local favourite, San Telmo was awarded a chef's hat by the Good Food Guide 2018.
