Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA) is Australia's leading contemporary art gallery. It brings the best international and Australian contemporary artists and creative thinkers to audiences looking for inspiration. ACCA provides an exciting, free and essential Melbourne cultural experience.

ACCA's unique program of new commissions and exhibitions has established its international reputation as one in a cluster of galleries around the world producing ambitious new artworks with living artists.

Housed in one of Melbourne’s most iconic buildings on Sturt Street in the Southbank Arts Precinct, ACCA is a short tram ride or 10 minute walk from Flinders Street Station.

Each exhibition is accompanied by by a range of curatorial, education and public programs including talks, lectures, symposia, performances, screenings, music and events. Australian Centre for Contemporary Art closes briefly between exhibitions for installation.
