Windsor Park Country Flavour produces wheat, gluten, dairy and egg free products including delicious date rolls, award winning chutneys and sauces, and top selling cakes and biscuits.

Business owner Toni was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2002. At the time, the products available for people who couldn’t tolerate gluten was very bland. So, she started making her own, taking out the nasties but leaving full flavour that can be enjoyed even by people without any allergies. This got to the point where Toni's pantry was full of chutneys and sauces and she had to start selling these at local markets.

Moving to Yarroweyah a few years ago, Toni restarted her business. She now tries to cater for anyone who has any dietary needs, whether being wheat, gluten, dairy or egg free.

With Windsor Park Country Flavour being the only 100% gluten free kitchen in the area, customers are given the confidence that there is no cross contamination. Products are made by a coeliac, for coeliac’s, which gives people confidence to shop with ease.

Windsor Park Country Flavour is open by appointment and stocks their products at local markets and various locations across the Murray region.
