Guest Chef Mark Ebbels comes to TarraWarra Estate with his inspiring interpretation of vegan food.

Raised in the Yarra Valley, Mark’s education has taken him from Healesville High School through to two years as a developmental chef at The Fat Duck in England followed by four years at The Kitchen at Bacchanalia in Singapore, earning a Michelin star along the way.

Mark’s journey has cemented his commitment to vegan food, and he has returned home with ‘The Circle Dining’ - a five course shared menu featuring local produce as you have never seen it before.
