The former timber yard, on Healesville's main drag, has been transformed into a fully functioning distillery operation over 700 square metres, housing three German sister-stills Wilma, Jude and Eileen (named after the three founders mothers).
The Distillery Door is open seven days a week, where guests can do a tasting of all the gins in the Four Pillars range, or enjoy a multitude of gin drinks from the bar, including paddles of Gin and Tonic three ways, build-your-own Negronis, and Scotty's Ginger Mules, as well as local beer and wine, great coffee, olives, nuts, and marmalade on toast.
Four Pillars Distillery offers seating both inside and out, as well as regular tours and masterclasses run by their distiller and Healesville local, Cameron Mackenzie, the heart and soul of Four Pillars Gin.
Four Pillars Distillery is the perfect place to relax and sip on a Gin and Tonic in the sunshine, so next time you are in the Yarra Valley pop in and say hello.
