Lip from road to very steep ramp to front door (790mm and heavy).

Car parking
Parking is available at the door to reception but there is no designated accessible bay. Assistance with luggage is available.

Bedroom
Entry through reception is flat with a 800mm door. Circulation space in room limited. Some kitchen facilities are at an accessible height, including the fridge. Drying cupboard switches high. 

Bathroom
Compact with limited circulation.
Shower: small lip at entry with limited circulation space. Fold down shower chair, no hand held shower nozzle, horizontal and vertical grab rails.
Toilet: 450mm in height
Sidewall to centre line of bowl: 390mm.
Front of toilet to rear: 300mm.
Basin: At accessible height, no knee space
