Heritage

The Cape Schanck Lighthouse has served shipping since 1859. It was built from dressed limestone and sandstone and is significant because the original mechanisms are still in place.

  • Dogs are not permitted in the lighthouse reserve
  • Keep to the tracks to avoid damaging vegetation
  • All native plants and animals are protected
  • Leave the park as you found it
