Annies Bed and Breakfast

Annies is a one hundred year old fully restored Edwardian terrace house. The bedrooms have queen and king sized or twin beds with ensuites or private bathroom. The building has hydronic heating and airconditioning. There is a cosy front lounge with open fireplace, tea and coffee making facilities and fresh homemade cake, guest refrigerator and TV/CD/radio. Annies Lane wine and complimentary cheese can be purchased at cellar door prices. The rear cottage garden offers tables and seating and barbecue facilities.

Breakfasts, served in the spacious dining room, are big and sumptuous and set out on a large oak table. There is much to choose from - bricher muesli, fritatta, scrambled eggs and salmon or bacon, pancakes, muffins, homemade bread and jam, fresh juices and good coffee. All dietary requirements are provided for.

St Kilda West lies between Port Phillip Bay beaches and Albert Park Lake, home of the March Formula One Grand Prix. There are wonderful walks in all directions. St Kilda tourist precinct is famous for its cosmopolitan lifestyle with wall-to-wall restaurants and entertainment benues, markets, the Acland Street cake shops, public gardens, water sports and water activities. it is a 15 minute tram ride from Annies to the Melbourne CBD with its many attractions. Tourist buses have pick up points in St Kilda to all Victoria major tourist attractions eg the wineries, the Great ocean Road, the Dandenongs, the Mornington and Bellarine Peninsula and the Gippsland Lake district.
