Booking conditions Bookings must be confirmed by deposit within seven days. Deposit of 50% is requested to confirm bookings for 3 or more nights. Full amount for weekend bookings

Refunds and cancellations Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 60 % of deposit. Cancellations notified between 21 and 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 30% of deposit. Cancellations notified within 20 days of arrival receive no refund of deposit
