The Albany

The Albany has recently undergone a remarkable transformation, the Hotel has emerged with a Fashion meets Music theme which can be seen throughout the property. From the black and white striped walls in the new bar, to the floor to ceiling photographs, murals and artwork, funky bed-heads and red hallways, it’s become an interesting and chilled place to stay.

There are many different room types which are designed to cater to the needs and budgets of all our guests. The ‘hotel’ section of the Albany houses our newly renovated rooms, Studio, Deluxe, Mansion, Mansion Suites, Spa and fully equipped one bedroom Millswyn and two bedroom Bloomfield Suites.  In the rear ‘motel’ section of the hotel are located the Superior rooms with original bathrooms and the un-renovated Standard rooms. There is something to suit everyone.

The hotel prides itself on its individuality and cheeky style which is designed to both welcome and entertain you in the most comfortable of ways. More importantly our front office team are warm and welcoming and are there to attend to all your needs, we even offer complimentary on site parking (subject to availability).

Breakfast is served 7 days a week in our sun filled restaurant.  We are very excited to now be offering bar food 7 days and dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

We are positively bursting with excitement to announce our brand spanking new rooftop pool and garden (opening soon) which has the most amazing view of Melbourne.

Our chic location is what makes this hotel even more unique. Nestled in South Yarra , the hotel is a couple of blocks from famous Chapel Street, which is one of Melbourne’s prime shopping areas, we are also only 2 km’s away from the city itself.
