City workers and night rides
Join the many city workers in this popular lunchtime retreat, take a night ride down tree-lined pathways, or plan a barbecue and a kick of the football in the summer time. Be sure to keep an eye out for possums scrounging for food if visiting after dark.

Old Europe
Adjacent to Old Treasury House, the gardens feature numerous fine avenues of European trees lining the park and its edges. The gardens also have a striking monument to J. F. Kennedy and an historic public convenience located on the edge of Landsdowne Street.
