Moe

Located at the western end of the Latrobe Valley, Moe is home to Old Gippstown, Gippsland's Heritage Park, Moe Racing Club and the annual Moe Jazz Festival. The town offers good shopping, restaurants, and sporting venues and nearby bushland and lakes provide great recreational activities for visitors.

Step back in time to the 1850s and visit Old Gippstown, Gippsland's Heritage Park. Experience civic, commercial and rural life from before the turn of the century. Stroll along the streets with authentic old buildings and décor, horsedrawn carriages, agricultural machinery, and a general store. Moe also serves as a gateway to the historic goldfields at Walhalla and the snowfields at Mt Baw Baw and Mt St Gwinear.
