Melaleuca Grove Holiday Units

1. Variation by the tenant may permit us to amend charges or termination occupancy. 2. All rents are to be paid prior to occupancy 3. Bookings must be accompanied by a minimum of 50% deposit 4. Payments can be made by eftpos, cash or credit card. credit cards payments may be accepted by telephone, balance must be paid prior to arrival(cheques not accepted for balance of payment) 5. The number of occupants per unit must not exceed the number quoted at time of booking. 6. The property is rented for holiday purposes only 7. Occupancy is from 3pm on date of arrival until 10am on date of departure. Failure to vacate may result in extra charges. 8. In event of a cancellation by the guest, deposit is non-refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period. a 10% cancellation fee will then apply. Part cancellation will not be accepted. 9. As the guest, you are responsible for damages, breakages and loss during the time of occupancy. 10. Excessive cleaning will be charged for.
