Cancellation / Booking Policy
More than 7 days prior to commencement the cancellation fee is 10% of the booking; 7 days or less, including "no show" the cancellation fee is 50% of total booking or one nights stay, whichever is the greater - abandonment will be charged at the full amount. Bookings made 2 days before take up ("last minute") are to be paid for on booking and no refunds apply. Cheques will not be accepted unless by prior arrangement. Credit card charges apply - guests are advised we have direct debit facilities and eftpos facilities. We hold bookings by credit card and guests do not have to pay until take up.
