Pine Unit – sleeps 4 people

2 bedrooms,1 x queen size bed, 2 single beds, leather lounge  fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave oven, electric upright stove,  hair dryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, reverse cycle air conditioner, wood fire, TV, DVD, Video, CD player, Clock Radio, gas BBQ, outdoor setting. Private access.

Balcony Suite - sleeps 2 adults and 2 children

The balcony suite comprises of a queen size bed in the bedroom, ensuite bathroom, a set of bunks in the living area, large leather lounge/kitchenette with full size fridge, electric hotplates, microwave, electric kettle, reverse cycle air conditioning plus a wood heater, TV, DVD and Video, CD/radio player.

The private entrance to the balcony suite is from the back garden and has a wooden stairway. The balcony gate can be locked so the children can't open the gate.

It has a very tranquil 5 acre garden with silver birches swaying, so you can enjoy some of your meals and bbq there and be entertained by the variety of birds and the play ground is in full view of the balcony, in case the kids want to go and play.
