Cancellation / Booking Policy
All bookings require credit card details. (Visa or Mastercard only) 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The full fee is required 72 hours before the appointment time. It is possible to pay by cash at the appointment time and your credit card payment will be reversed (no cost to you). We are open 7 days a week. To avoid disappointment advanced bookings are recommended. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time to ensure the pleasure of your full appointment time. Cancellation Policy - Strict cancellation policy applies. Appointments changed or cancelled within 72 hours of the day of the appointment will incur loss of deposit. Appointments changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the day of the appointment will incur the full fee. All cancellations or changes will incur a $10.00 administration fee.
